Radiant Jackson Addae

Radiant Jackson Addae is a fashion designer with over 9 years experience in the fashion industry. She has an in-depth knowledge in Garment Construction, Sewing, Fabric definition, hand sewing and finishing, body measurements, pattern use, fabric layout and cutting as well as machine operation.

Whiles working for Woodin a textiles company, She develop garment with styleline, sleeve variations (Puff, Bell, Cape, Petal); Skirt Variation  (A line, Flare, Circular, fitted Pattern Alternation
, Pattern Layout); constructed many household textiles, ladies, children and gent’s wear. She also worked with Vlisco Accra Mall where she related directly with customers and to merchandisers. These exposures helped in studying the temperaments of people and how to relate and understand their various nature which has improve her confidence in human relation to effectively work with a team.

She owns a personal workshop where she trains people to learn skills in fashion designing especially, garment construction and pattern making and has successfully lunched the Radiant Jackson Apparel brand and managed for the past five years. Among her portfolio are Woodin, Vlisco, GTP and other high level corporate clients.

She is a result-focused person seeking to create growth and improvement that will help increase capabilities of people seeking to be fashion designers.

She gained a Bachelors degree in fashion and design from Radford University College Ghana from 2011-2015 and a Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (S.S.C.E) – from

Osu Presbyterian Secondary School, Accra.
